This session is dedicated to sharing your portfolio career visualizations with the group, inviting thoughtful and constructive feedback, and sharpening your thinking through open dialogue. Each participant will present their portfolio career strategy and immediate commitments, while collectively identifying how the cohort can actively support one another in transforming individual visions into tangible outcomes.

This session explores how executive coaching can support a portfolio career transition, emphasizing the value of accountability partners and how portfolio career coaching differs from traditional professional development coaching.

Receive an update on Insight Partners’ Empower program, designed to help executives activate and accelerate their post-operating career preparation. The session will include a brief demonstration of the Empower platform, powered by Diligent, showcasing how it supports board readiness and portfolio career execution.

Named after the unique fourth gait Icelandic horses are best known for, TÖLT is a cozy bar, designed as a hidden sanctuary. Drawing inspiration from Icelandic culture and featuring local Icelandic spirits, TÖLT offers an intimate atmosphere unlike any other, the perfect spot for pre-dinner drinks or late-night cocktails.

Our farewell dinner for the Moelam Iceland experience will take place at TIDES, the Edition hotel’s signature restaurant, where the evening will celebrate the very best of Icelandic cuisine.
At TIDES, the menu highlights exceptional seafood sourced from the pristine waters surrounding Iceland, complemented by locally sourced meats and seasonal ingredients. True to Nordic culinary tradition, the restaurant embraces simplicity in its cooking techniques — allowing the purity, freshness, and quality of each ingredient to shine.
Over the course of the evening, we will enjoy a thoughtfully curated three-course meal, designed to showcase the finest local ingredients and the elegance of Nordic flavors. It is the perfect setting to conclude our Iceland journey: a refined yet authentic atmosphere where we can reflect on our shared experiences, celebrate the connections we have built, and enjoy a final evening shaped by the flavors and spirit of Iceland.
